Established in 1995

With over 50 years of combined experience, our services include Pre-Construction Planning, Design/Build, Traditional Bidding and Structural Engineering Services.  We cover all areas of Eastern North Carolina as well as other parts of the Eastern Seaboard as needed.   

Our Goal

Safety is our highest priority, so an attitude of safety influences the planning and construction of every company project. Maintenance, repair, functionality, reliability and aesthetics are also considered when developing a project to maximize your investment over the long term. We are accustomed to meeting or exceeding tough completion schedules, and will work with you no matter how aggressive the time frame.

Meet our Management Team

Jeffrey S. Mosley
President

A graduate of NC State, Jeff Mosley has been a licensed Professional Engineer and Unlimited General Contractor for more than 25 years. He is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.  Originally from Nash County, Jeff has lived in Greenville, NC for more than 30 years.

Dal Newbold
Senior Design/Project Manager

Dal has been in the design profession for more than 25 years. Dal handles all aspects of our design projects from start to finish, providing the opportunity for on-the-spot refinements along the way.

Chase Baynor
Designer

Chase is a graduate of Pitt Community College.  Chase handles structural designs for metal buildings, creates foundation designs and metal component designs. He also produces 3D renderings for our clients.

Trish Saeger
Office Manager/Accounting

Trish Saeger has been managing Mosley Construction for more than 25 years.  She handles many day to day tasks, too many to list, that include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Ross Simmons 
Superintendent 

Ross has been a great asset to our company. With his experience with hotels, churches, educational buildings and industrial metal buildings, Ross is a vital part of our construction management team.

Edgar Rubio
Designer

Edgar is a recent graduate of Pitt Community College with a degree in Architectural Technology.  He handles foundation designs, anchor bolt patterns, piling plans, as well as metal component and structural designs.​   

Mac Stokes 
​ Superintendent/General Contractor

Mac Stokes is a native of Pitt County and has been a licensed General Contractor for more than 35 years.  Mac's extensive construction knowledge is a huge asset to the team.

Carla is a graduate of ECU and has been a licensed Residential General Contractor for more than 20 years.  She is the point of contact for any questions you may have about your project.
